Had a very bad experience with this so called online store. I don’t know how I missed seeing the negative reviews they already had before going ahead to purchase. They used the picture of the soap I wanted on their website, but what they sent was totally different. I am so scared to use the soap. After I placed the order, I waited for some days and when I didn’t hear from them, I had to call. The guy has this accent I can’t really place and he told me the soap wasn’t available. I asked him for a refund as I had already paid for the soaps (I ordered 10 pieces and the shipping amount I paid was way higher than the total amount I paid for the soaps) and it was their fault for claiming it was available. He asked me to wait for two days, that they were expecting to get the soap (haz papaya), but if by then they still don’t have it I would be refunded. I called back days later and they refused to pick up, I had to call several other numbers before finally, they picked up. He said they still don’t have the soap and he tried telling me to take a black soap which I refused (he did this the first time I called too), so he said I would be refunded in two days. The money never came and after more than a week, my husband had to call them to demand for the refund immediately, and that was when they said they now have the soap and it would be sent immediately. Of course, they sent the soap. We received it a week later, and it is a completely different soap. I hardly leave reviews but it is important that I warn others so that they don’t make the same mistake I made. The online store beautyqueenscosmetics is a SCAM PAGE! BEWARE!

This company will take your money and not send the goods. Do not answer the phone or reply to emails.

This is a fraudlent company I Ordered Hair Spray 3rd July 2025 they said sent by Royal Mail 48 Hours tracking to this day even sending five emails I have had no reply and they have taken my money.They operate
through SHOP APP and still no replies Do Not deal with This company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have just reported them to Action Fraud and will be reporting them to GOV.UK and HMRC, company number: 16259281. My worst experience ever with online shopping. I did not check reviews on this company as it appeared quite high in the google search so I assumed the company was legit.

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner with royal mail 48. The only email I received after I had purchased was paypal saying I had made the purchase. I thought that was suspicious. After a few days went by I checked my email and still nothing. I emailed them about it, no response. 2 days later I emailed them again...no response. They then mailed me back 2 days later saying that the products I bought were out of stock and they could send a replacement. I thought, why not. I chose two replacements and low and behold, no reply.

I then asked for a refund and they told me and I quote "dear we will dispatch it packing is ready will dispatch" I knew this was a scam at this point and demanded a refund, as it had nearly been two weeks waiting for a product I was supposed to receive within 2-3 days. Of course no reply, in the end I had to initiate a chargeback as they clearly were not going to give me my money back, never had an intent to and looking at these reviews now it looks like they scam ALL customers like this. Literally take your money and disappear. Insane. Never experienced something like this. This is not acceptable. How is the clear scam still up and running?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This website is a scam. They steal your money and don't send you anything. I ordered some Shea Moisture products for next day delivery. 1 week later I received an email to say they didn't even have the products in stock and offered unsuitable alternatives so I asked or a refund. They claimed to have issued the refund and I'd receive it by Paypal 2-3 days later. 2 weeks later I've received nothing and they're no longer replying to my emails. I now have to claim the money through Paypal.

While my order arrived promptly and was attractively packaged, that’s where the positives end. The items I received bore no resemblance to what I actually ordered. After numerous unanswered emails, I’m left with products I didn’t ask for and zero accountability from the company. The experience has been deeply frustrating — a waste of both time and money. My only regret is not checking the reviews beforehand. Let this be your warning.

Placed an order and got confirmation that order received. Next minute l receive an email on the 30/04/25 that items are out of stock and they will be refunding in 2-3 days. Nothing as of today.

This is a scam company.
I ordered some soap about 3 weeks ago and nothing arrived after 2 weeks. They would not answer the Phone. They responded by chat function said the item was out of stock. On the website they said it was in stock. I asked for a refund but it didn’t arrive. I asked again where my Mooney was and they said they were doing it that day but not nothing again. I’m going to the consumer protection department and see what I can do.
Do not order anything from this site and do not give them any money.

The company is a sham. DO NOT give them any money. I ordered NK mascara x 3 from them and they sent a cheap substitute I could get in my own country for about $4. I am SO angry - no response to my emails, they could not care less. I am trying other avenues to recover my money.

Dont provide invoices, chased and chased. Reporting to HMRC

I placed online order 10days ago, it was 48 our service since then emailing them calling them no answer or reply so I have to open a dispute through my bank which will take another 4 weeks so please please don’t place online orders. It’s a fraud 👎🏻

Seems to be a scam. Haven't emailed me back or messaged me back on the 'shop' app. Waiting for 14days no contact to get a refund through my bank. The status hasn't changed since they accepted the order

Ordered something which said 48 Royal Mail tracked so you’d expect it in 2 days yes? Well a week went by and I still hadn’t received it. Emailed and emailed them, messaged them on instagram to finally get a reply days later just telling me it was out of stock and they had one similar. I said I don’t want one similar, I want what I ordered and if not then I want a refund. Well guess what, no reply and no refund. Absolute joke

Ordered items, heard absolutely nothing. Chased it up twice, again nothing.
Eventually received 1 item. In fairness they refunded the missing item and part of the postage.
I wouldn't recommend using them. There are so many credible online stores, you don't need to waste your time and money on a company that won't provide a service.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from this company. The first time I didn’t believe the reviews but they proved to be true and again a few days ago by accident. The name of the company seemed different.
Imagine ordering products you desperately want only for them to take the money then ignore your emails and WhatsApp messages and not even send the items out.
Untrustworthy company!

Only when I mentioned I will be reporting them to trading standards did they respond.

I am in the process of filing claim because this is beyond unacceptable.

If you value your time do not buy from these people and if you do use PayPal so you can get an immediate refund.

PayPal are now well aware of this company they don’t bother wasting time they just refund.

Two weeks after placing the order no product. No answer on the phone and do not respond to emails.

Use this company at your peril. Ordered 8 items and paid for the items via PayPal. Then received an email to say that 7 of the items were not in stock and offering an alternative for the 8th item which I did not want. Requested a refund and basically got fobbed off. Raised dispute via PayPal and was finally received a refund but not for the postage fee which the company are still fobbing me off on. Dispute ongoing. Would have given no stars but not an option!!
