Use this company at your peril. Ordered 8 items and paid for the items via PayPal. Then received an email to say that 7 of the items were not in stock and offering an alternative for the 8th item which I did not want. Requested a refund and basically got fobbed off. Raised dispute via PayPal and was finally received a refund but not for the postage fee which the company are still fobbing me off on. Dispute ongoing. Would have given no stars but not an option!!

Terrible company.
Ordered body cream from them, they did not send me all that i ordered, sent them photos of order received and the waybill as proof, and request for refund and up till now they have not refunded my money even when they promised they will.
It is getting to 2 months now.
Their customer focus and communication is very poor.
May i request that you refund my money.

It’s a cute glittery/ holographic gloss but definitely wears off very fast! I put matte on underneath and it took everything off! Used just the gloss without anything until and still came off within a hour

For the second time I’ve been refunded after items on the website are not available.

Made an order 3 days ago and asked to cancel it. No one replied. Messaged the day after and tried to call. No reply. Messaged them again today no reply. Should have read trustpilot review before ordering with them. Paid for 1-2 days delivery and haven’t gotten anything. Currently asking my bank to get my money back.

Firstly I was charged a delivery fee, even after entering code FREE40 which appears on their homepage and states free delivery over £40 (I spent 90). After emailing them twice, I was ignored.

When I finally received my order, it was short 3 packs of hair. I, again, emailed them advising they had ignored my previous emails and that my order was short. And AGAIN email ignored. They refunded me for the 3 packs (so they knew exactly what they hadn't sent me and I didn't tell them).

0 customer service, don't waste your time or money

Very satisfied with product! Buttery & love the smell! I got the cotton candy & Caribbean dream. I did receive my order in the time frame that is stated. I will order again.

Product out of stock. Seems to be a recurring problem. Poor communication

Ordered goods paid for next day delivery. 3 days later no goods so just rang to chase order and was told no stock so an refund would be issued. Absolutely fuming as no contact from the supplier to let me know I wouldn't receive the goods I've had to chase the order. Get a feeling that a refund wouldn't be issued if I'd not chased it. Now left with having to cancel my appointment and try to find the items elsewhere... disgusting service...avoid like the plague. Complete waste of time.

I visited Beauty Queen Cosmetics on Dudley Road Birmingham today. I wanted some 16 inch weave. The staff on the till said “ I can do it for £36.99p”, and he rung it ip on the till…I asked if they had another one, so I thought I would buy 2, when the staff returned back to the till he wanted to charge me £44.99p each…! I questioned him and he said he had mot charged me enough! I said I would take the one then at the price he had rung up. He refused, I stated he had made a legally binding transaction of £36.99p for the one weave. He still refused to let me have it for the price he quoted and was about to take payment. I informed he even if the price was higher he had made a legally binding contract, he agreed he was breaking the law, but dud not care…! The Law states if a item shows a price or you are told a price and payment to happen, the seller must honour that price. They appear to not care about the Law and if a mistake had happened that is not the customers fault. So it appears this shop is above the Law….!

I went to Wood Green branch on 19th July afternoon after going to Brixton, Peckham and Seven Sisters. They had so far the biggest range , the wigs for example were very well kept something that didn't happen in other stores that were selling wigs that were on display in terrible state.

I spoke in store with a lady that didn't pay much attention but when I was leaving the store I was approached by the son of the owner which saved the day . He was extremely helpful and informative helping me to choose a wig . He told me in end to cameback by end of the month as he will have more stock .

The young man is really an asset to the store and i wish more stores had someone like him.

In UK most of the hair shops are owned by men that know nothing about the products they sell wich is terrible and even worse than that is when they try to argue with clients that know more than them. We try and use the products not them .
They should have training in order to advise clients to be more helpful and not just there working as security watching clients.

They loose sales cause costumers if they are not confident of what they hear about the product they won't buy .

Couldn’t take back a product, even tho it was in good condition and was well within the 20days Refund Mark. Just stay away from them

I usually visit the stores but due to the pandemic they are closed. I ordered Virgin Remy Brazilian Hair in the morning then received the items the next day. The hair is excellent, the price competitive and given the current business restrictions, prompt delivery. Will order again and I highly recommend this company.

The staff in this shop give every customer a nasty, and threatening glare as soon as soon as you walk through the font door.

I nearly walked out in disgust when this happened to me, but quickly purchased my product after asking the man at the front door where it was, he quickly asked his colleague to direct me to the product and as soon and as I headed to the checkout their eyes were piecing into me up to the point of me getting my card out and paying the cashier for the product. They are lucky I didn't walk out without buying from them.

They need to STOP EYEING UP EVERY BLACK PERSON AS A THEIF!!
