I ordered two pairs of ladies boots from a facebook ad, after reading numerous comments on the facebook post about how comfortable they were, people had walked all day in them, great customer service etc etc. The company clearly said they were in the uk, in answer to a number of comments asking where they were located. They are in china. The boots did arrive - cheap and flimsy; at least one size too small (and I sized up as I have one foot bigger than the other - these are too small for my smaller foot) and extremely narrow. The zip wont do up. They are not leather as advertised and smell strongly of glue. They are not orthopedic as advertised, they are totally flat inside; the insole is very thin and hard, no cushioning at all, so they certainly wouldnt be comfortable to walk in for any length of time. Total waste of money, and so far all emails have been ignored. I paid via paypal so shall attempt to get my money back. I can only assume the numerous comments praising the boots were fake - ironically, I left a comment of my own sharing my experience and since then I have not seen the ad. Instead I see the same boots advertised by a different company.

Not recommended! Awful customer service! My order has never been delivered and they won't refund or send a new one, although it is clear from the tracking info that the package has been lost. No phone number to call and no one that can help. This company looks like a scam!!

Ooh I wish I’d read reviews. And not ordered. Took ages to come. Cheap plastic crap.or thin leather. Poor zip Wrong size sent on 2 of the 3 pairs ordered. So too small . No reply to emails asking for return postage label as wrong size sent. Unfortunately I paid by card not PayPal

I think that Belkmalls and Vofatiponal are very likely to be the same outfit. There is an Identical ad for identical ladies boots, identical format and products.
Vofatiponal ( who I bought through) have refused a refund /return on the grounds that I was sent the correct product - however the boots did not fit me well. I was told to “give them to others” and was offered $3 compensation.
Beware these Chinese based companies who won’t return or refund. Basically Scammers.

Total scam and misleading products. Don’t buy anything from them.

Avoid at all costs. Glowing reviews must be fake. One asked where shoes were made. They replied UK, when they clearly are made in China. One asked if they were real leather. They replied Yes, but they are made of cheap (smelly) plastic. They claimed Last Day of Sale but continued to advertise same ‘offer’ for weeks. No return address and when contacted, insist you return them to China. They have offered 30% refund and keep shoes instead. I won’t buy from SocialMedia advertising again. They should be blocked by Instagram.

Dreadful. Way way too small. Look cheap and nasty. Not not leather. Zip won't budge. No details whatsoever on how to return them. Ignore emails sent. Looks like I've wasted over £25. Don't touch this company with a bargepole.

Very poor service. Poor quality and wrong sizing. They only offer partial refund. The address on their website is Ireland but returns are to China which becomes very costly. Do not use this company.

DO NOT buy from this company. The shoes are of terrible quality. I requested immediate refund and my emails have been completely ignored. No telephone number to call. This is a BAD company. DO NOT buy from them.

Like several before me, I too have been taken in by this scam. Some boots that I had ordered, which were advertised as leather, are actually synthetic. Moreover, they are defective: There is a dent on the left boot and also white glue showing on the edge. There is a bigger dent on the right boot. There is a strong smell of glue on the item. I immediately contacted the retailer, explained the problem and requested a full refund. They said I would have to return them to China and pay the postage. They also said that the boots were cheap, and not worth the postage to China. They offered me first 15 percent then 40 percent refund of the cost and to keep the boots. I did not accept this, and reiterated that I would like the full amount paid, as I am within my UK statutory rights due to the boots being defective and not as advertised. I have heard nothing more from this retailer, even after I wrote again and said I would accept 80 per cent. I am trying to get my money back through my bank credit card, but do not hold out much hope, as it is my own fault for not looking on here! Avoid this scamworthy company.

I wish I could leave the star rating blank. This company should be barred from trading. They pass themselves off as "Ireland" but are China.
I spent £60 (thankfully through Paypal) but never received the goods. The tracking told me "parcel left at back door". Given I live in a mid-terrace house in a street where there is NO rear access... I find that very difficult to believe.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - The goods are not what they claim to be; the company is not what it claims to be; and quite frankly Trading Standards need to be putting a stop to them here in the UK.

Avoid. Send me 3 pairs o wrong size shoes. No answer from customer service. It is clearly their mistake not mine and i cant even return them, exchange them or get my money back! Useless. 50 quid lost. Beware

Edit:customer service has offered 30% compensation. Avoid. They can loterally send you anything and u will only get 30%back

UPDATE- this is the type of response you get from this sham of a company. Their policy is very clear about giving a full refund, which is shameful when the items were posted from a uk address.

I ordered some boots from a Facebook advert. I should have known better.
They were delivered in good time, but the quality was poor and they were about a size too small.
I requested a return and they said I would have to return them to China despite them being delivered from the UK. £12.75 for tracked postage. The boots cost £20.
They offered me a 30% refund instead of returning, but I am very disappointed with the sizing and quality as well as the returns policy.
Lesson learned.

This company is a scam. Shoes are cheap plastic not leather as advertised, only offer 10% refund because they are in China. This company should be closed down for tricking people its not leather DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Buyer beware. I've just got my refund through PayPal. What I got was cheap plastic painted boots in a very bright blue, two sizes too small with frayed laces and glue bits showing. Seller offered a 30%refund and said how expensive it would be (for me) to return them to China where they're from (no mention of China when you order, and my package came from Middlesex. Really wish I'd read these reviews before getting all this hassle. Do. Not. Buy.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from BELKMALLS in good faith. They are not as advertised-Soft hand made leather shoes? They are PLASTIC and COMPLETELY SYNTHETIC. Endless trouble to get a refund. They have offered discounts, and mentioned how hard it is to send this rubbish back to CHINA. They should be prosecuted, I have seen the last of my £45.

Don't buy these shoes. They are cheap and flimsy. I ordered a size 6.5 and what arrived was probably a size 5 and very narrow. I asked to return the shoes and have been offered £3 back if I keep them! I'm guessing that getting them back to China and then getting my money back is going to be an impossible task. Just don't buy and don't fall for the fake reviews.
