Bella di Notte Avis 29

It was a friend who told me about Bella di Notte a few years ago now and it made such a difference to me when purchasing clothes. This is a wonderful shop full of exciting beautiful well made clothes and once you get your correct size everything fits perfectly. I have had many items over the last couple of years and being extremely pleased with everything. Now, due to an illness which has left me with a significant weight loss, I have had to pack all my large things away and am enjoying getting new clothes for the summer from their exceptional collection. It would be impossible to review all my new items so I have written this overall review. All clothes arrive beautifully packaged and within a few days of ordering with the added bonus of free delivery and returns and their Customer Service is brilliant. I am hoping to visit the Malton shop at some point and know I will enjoy having a long browse and no doubt coming away wih further purchases!

Belladinotte continue to use extremely slim models. Apart from not feeling identified with the fitting of the clothes, the use of skinny models, even if they are older, causes women discontent with themselves. And the pressure on models to stay slim/too slim to keep their jobs.

I've been trying to contact this company to request cancellation of catalogues by post. The problems have been
- the account communication preferences on the website does not all for an opt out, only an opt in
- the website contact form does not recognise my address despite this being in my account details and used on the catalogue mailing list
- the link to investigate the failure of the website contact form is broken
- a direct email using the contact address given on the website has bounced straight back
This has been a very frustrating and time consuming experience.

I have used Bella di Notte for years and they really are the gift that keeps on giving, their customer relations is second to none. refunds are practically by return and I love their styles, I have many of their shirts and their MicroModal vests are the best , I was sceptical at first as I love natural fabrics, but they are excellent and so pretty , am off to get the long johns!
Wish every firm had the "modus operandi" of this company.

As I lost a lot of weight and had already got rid of a lot of my smaller sizes when we moved two years ago, I needed an almost complete wardrobe! As I was doing my research online back in June I came across Bella di Notte for the first time. WOW, is all I can say! Their quality is excellent and I have bought loads of their clothes and loving them. They offer free deliver and free returns, which really helps.

Just received Chloe Cropped Trousers and Miki Top. Both lovely material and great fit and nicely priced. Accurate sizing too.
Delivery was swift.. .only two days. Impressed!

I ordered over the phone and the lady I spoke to was outstandingly helpful. My bra arrived really quickly and it was exactly what I wanted.

Ordered the Carly blue tweed jacket in the sale. Absolutely beautiful jacket and very true to size, love it !!!!

The blouse sent out to me wasn't suitable. I returned it the same day I received it. I have been refunded the money for the blouse, thank you, but postage was not included in the refund, which seems very unfair as you said returns were free.
Needless to say I won't be using you again.

At first, I thought the 3 pairs of trousers I purchased were super. However, after just one wash, the black pair has shrunk considerably and is now too short for me to wear. They were washed as per instructions but are now £55 thrown away.

Excellent service. Good communication and fast delivery. I returned the item on this occasion however returning was easy and the refund came promptly. I’ll be ordering again soon.

I sadly found your recent range a disappointment. Jumpers are mainly 24 inches too short for me. No lovely soft cotton shirts l frequently purchased. Obvious increase in not natural fabric. More reasonable priced trousers not available in length 30. Other trousers horribly expensive. Result—no order. Go to White Stuff! D. Green

I ordered a silk/cotton cardigan in the sale which was half price. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The cardigan is excellent quality and well made. I ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly. It was nicely folded and wrapped in tissue paper inside a plastic bag, which was then placed inside a tough paper bag. Delivered by Royal Mail and the parcel was left where I had asked for it to be left. Very good service all round and I love my cardigan!

The items were all excellent quality and sizes good.
I had to return one item as it didn’t suit me, and it was refunded within a week even though they say it can take longer.
If an item sells out quickly, they ask you to register your interest if they are going to get further stock.
I have found them an excellent company.

I ordered a sweatshirt in the sale. The following day I had a call from a very helpful lady who said there was only one left in my size but it had a small mark on the back. If I liked I could have a refund or an extra 20% off (if I wasn't happy having seen the mark I could always return it). I decided to have it delivered anyway and am so pleased I did - the sweatshirt is lovely and the mark is negligible; I might not even have noticed it if I hadn't been told. This is excellent service and I believe many companies wouldn't even have mentioned the mark.

How found Belle di Notte to be a company with excellent service and products to match.
I struggle to find trousers that fit and look good without having to resort to having them altered, a miracle for me!
They have a wide range of clothing in differing price brackets which is so helpful in this current economic downturn. Look good and not break the bank, fabulous!

I have placed a few orders with multiple items (different sizes) and returned what I didn’t want, returns are free and I’m impressed with the speed of Refund notification. Other companies take note. Quality of items also excellent.

A cotton jumper for Spring/Summer which was on their website disappeared. I called the store to ask whether it had been discounted and was told they had one size 8 left and it was still full price.
I decided to call back and asked if they would be prepared to sell it to me at a discounted price as it was the last one they had.
They refused as apparently they were keeping hold of it until next Spring 2024 to add to the new stock coming in then!
Not only have Bella Di Notte turned down a sale today, but their future customers will purchasing a jumper next Spring that is more that 6 months old.
I will now be making my purchase elsewhere.

If I could make one plea, it would be lovely to have a petite option for the trousers.

My jumper arrived very quickly. It was beautifully packaged and the tracking was excellent. Unfortunately I had to return the jumper for a smaller size as it was too big. I am impressed with this company.
