Used benefithub as I am registered through my company. Purchases an eGiftCard but haven't received it. Not even an email to confirm I have purchased it. Spent £2000 and am now potentially out of pocket.
The chatbot is a waste of time - it just logs another ticket for someone to contact me.
Call centre couldn't find my email or transaction and nothing else I can do.

This was my first time using the BENEFITHUB to book the flight and it was a very disappointing experience.
Because we needed a baby car seat, the agent got us a more expensive package which including seats. However, after we purchased the ticket, the long haul flight seats could not be reserved.
The seating department called us that we needed to pay to reserve the seats.
There were so many hidden costs!!!
Even though the agent refunded us $341 at last to reserve the seats, we still ended up paying more with less favourite flight itinerary.
While I was reserving the seats with the agent, I was questioning the price through email. However, the fee of seating has been proceed in my credit card since he was under the impression that I gave him the permission to proceed!
Overall, this was a terrible experience: it took me extra time, finance and efforts with the less favourite flight itinerary.
I wish they could just cancel all my fights and fully refund me so that I can purchase the ticket with a different company.
My representative was very helpful and friendly and managed to save me money on my insurance!
