We appreciate your kind words about our customer service. We are pleased to hear you had a good experience.
Team Bensons
Do not trust bensons for beds to sort out any problems, avoid buying from them if you don't want to end up like me with a bill of £1500,mattress you can't sleep on
Mattress was expensive, I've gone over my 40 days due to prior commitments, Mattress is supposed to be soft? It's not it's like sleeping on a board,it's a gel Mattress which we rotate every week, still hasn't made a difference 😒, I've got back issues and this has made it worse, wish I never bought it, old Mattress was better

We are really sorry to hear how disappointed you are with your mattress, especially given the impact it’s had on your comfort and back issues.
We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team, as this isn’t the experience we want for our customers.
My mattress!
Going into Bensons itself, the lady was very helpful, we had a laugh in there as the banter she had with one of her staff! Then the information she gave us was very helpful. Then I got the Email earlier than expected as to when the mattress was going to be delivered, which was great as it gave abit more time to arrange someone to be in when the mattress was going to be delivered! The guy rang about 40mins before and they arrived around the time they said. They were polite took there shoes off at the door, went upstairs changed mattresses and was down and finished within about 10mins. Would I use Bensons beds again? Yes absolutely great service from the start right up until delivery! Keep up the great work!

Best Mattress from Bensons for Beds
We went to Bensons for Beds in Aylesford, Kent, looking to buy a new mattress. The bed specialist was Stewart Edwards, and from the first moment he was informative, polite and very attentive. We left the store feeling confident that we had bought the best mattress for our bed and look forward to getting a good night's sleep again. Thank you Stewart.
