Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Everything was thoroughly explained and nothing was too much trouble. The advice I was given was second to none and there was a huge choice of types of beds. I didn't feel rushed, even though the store was quite busy. I would thoroughly recommend this store if you are looking to purchase a new bed or matress.

Excellent Customer Service and Value
From the moment we entered the shop and up to delivery we were treated really well. The bed I chose was my choice and was given so much advice and other options etc but was treated really well, and got given a really good price. Delivery was really quick and gave you constant updates of times of date of delivery and on the day an estimated time plus the drivers made contact with the exact time.

The delivery experience I gave 10 out…
The delivery experience I gave 10 out of 10. The actual bed left a few things to be desired , like some of the instructions were a little confusing and they do not tell you that you must put the mattress on the bed for the Hydraulics to work . I had to call the help centre to find that out when it could have been included in the written insructions. The lining of the interior of the bed base is of very poor quality, easy to damage so be very careful. There is nothing about this product that is pre assembled so you should use a power tool not the alan key supplied. It took 3 of us 7 hours. It is not easy so if you are not handy don't try it.

Would recommend
Great sales lady in store that took all the time we needed to find the right mattress.
Lots of mattresses in store to try and we used the technology bed to find the type of mattress that suited our sleeping positions.
Updates about delivery via email.
Got a 2 hour slot for an arrival time.
Only negative was that the mattress arrived earlier than the time slot and this wasn't communicated to us. Luckily my husband was running late that day and happened to be in!
Very happy with our mattress so far.
