Great service in store when choosing and ordering and again when delivered. Such great service which makes the whole process so much easier.

Excellent Advice With Great Delivery and Installation
Excellent advice on the pros and cons of different bed frames, choice of materials and matching headboards.
Delivered and fully assembled on the date requested, and in the time slot given. Friendly staff from the shop floor through to the delivery.

Not happy as product purchased is always damaged on arrival or is faulty and then trying to get resolved I have to go through hoops on the call line and I am being asked to try and manage myself when lights are not working by the help desk
