Great team at Bedford Branch
Great sales staff in Bedford branch who are both knowledgeable and very professional. Although I had a problem with one of my items the Manager Maz dealt with it as soon as he was made aware of the situation. New mattress is so comfortable and supportive. Both delivery teams were great - especially Stevie and Carlos even though they have strict deadlines to meet. In order to improve the service I would suggest a slightly longer delivery time so that when receiving goods it doesn’t feel as such a rushed experience. Also a direct line to customer services rather than email or live chat. Having said that I would still recommend Bedford Bensons for Beds.

Maz was super helpful right from us walking in the door, He left us to look around then when asked he gave us all the info we needed. We ended up purchasing a mattress in stock and he helped arrange same day delivery.

Brilliant from start to finish the process of buying a mattress was great, the salesman was professional and friendly, the order tracking and emails was very easy to use and finally the delivery was flawless the guys were also friendly and professional got the mattress to the bedroom with no issues, unpacked it, set it up, took the old mattress away job done Perfect!
