Very helpful and knowledgable assistant. Was considering a number of bedroom furniture providers following my visit I chose Bensons .

We made it clear that we wanted to browse for a while and we were left to this. Once we asked for information the salesperson was very helpful and informative about the products. Great service all round and very happy with our purchase

The store is pleasant & welcoming as was the staff member who helped us with our purchases. He was able to answer any questions we had confidently and we were not subject to any pressurised hard sell. He was quite obviously interested in us taking our time in making the right choice for us which is refreshing.

The sales guy Ben was lovely, very informative and helpful. He talked us through advantages and disadvantages with different beds and frame, then left us to make our own decisions. He wasn't pushy or intimidating.

Good - said what we were looking for - left to browse in our own time - asked questions about various beds and spring / foam systems - given information without excessive technical jargon - picked what we wanted - went through financial plan - delivery of new/ removal of old - done !! no problem - easy

We walked in not really knowing what we were looking for, and were quickly greeted by a knowledgeable member of staff who was incredibly helpful. He helped us understand what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable. Can’t fault the service we received at all, and can’t wait for our new bed to arrive!

Hello, we went to your two stores in Warrington and Liverpool to buy beds and wardrobes, but they did not cooperate with us so that we could pay the money with the terms of the loan. We were rejected by a loan company at the credit check stage and we expected. They offered us a better way to pay, but they didn't help. I have a good credit score
