Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Very helpful showing the type of mattress required. No pushy staff, they allow you time to make your choice. Then explain about delivery time and costs for delivery and disposal of old items.

Excellent advice and service
As soon as we explained our situation, (moving with no date) the store manager, Steve, at Bury St Edmunds couldn't have been more helpful. He ascertained our budget, what we were after and gave us options, no pressure, he went off and made a coffee, ge wasn't hovering round us or anything. We never intended in buying this day, but he was so helpful with arranging a TBA delivery and of course there was a good offer on as well....so we bought our bed..

VISITED TODAY TO GET TWO NEW BEDS AND MATRESSES, ALL WAS OK UNTIL WE GOT HOME TO FIND WE HAD BEEN CHARGED £275.00 FOR INSURANCE!!
AFTER AN HOUR ON PHONE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HOPEFULLY HAVE A REFUND.
DISGUSTING PRACTICE OF ADDING ON UNWANTED EXTRAS.
WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN AFTER THIS RIP OFF.

Good delivery
Good delivery. 2 piece bed delivered with 2 different feet fittings. Customer Service stated unable to get new fittings for 8 days. Saved by Chloe from Bury St Edmunds shop who delivered despite CS telling us shop could not help. Bed difficult to put together for 2 older people despite shop says it was easy.
