When looking around Bradford Forster Square showroom we were greeted by a very polite young lady called Rukhsar. She explained everything on finding a Mattress to suit our needs.On trying the test bed she adjusted to our comfort. Great Customer Service
Went in on 26th April and was approached by a lovely lady and gentleman who were very welcoming, very helpful with working around our budget and trying to help. On the day I didn’t purchase anything as I wanted to go and make sure I’d got a good deal and was the right mattress for me.
I later returned on the 28th April to purchase the mattress that I was shown and had a good chat with the two members of staff in the Camborne store, both very welcoming again and very good customer service. They sold the mattress to me, not because of the product but because of the people and the service they provided. Thankyou.

I have bought an extra firm mattress…
I have bought an extra firm mattress which is necessary for me due to my disability, I hate it. It got sounds of wires like very old fashion mattress in my grandma’s room.
It was the waste of money and I am so disappointed of spending that much money on mattress like this.
