Excellent staff
The staff in the shop were excellent and very organised
Both deliveries I had were delivered in the specified time period .
However , through no fault of the Chesterfield staff , I had to wait a long time for my second delivery because the 4 drawer base that I ordered was damaged , resulting in the delivery being put back a few weeks .

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that the team in our Chesterfield store were excellent and well organised, and that both of your deliveries arrived within their specified time slots. We’re very sorry, however, for the delay to your second delivery due to the damaged 4‑drawer base — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Thank you for your patience and for recognising that this was outside the store team’s control. We truly appreciate your understanding and your custom.
