The service provided was excellent . Akram is very knowledgeable and helped us to decide on the choice of mattress. Our experience was very relaxed , choice of product good and we were given time to make a decision.

Helpful Staff, Decent Choice
I think it’s difficult to know what you need in a mattress by lying on it for a couple of minutes. The support of sales colleagues is very important to focus on what will make a difference and I thought Akram helped us a lot.

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. They listened to what I needed and showed me my options. There was no hard sale I at no time felt pressured. Aftercare was explained to me. Just waiting for my delivery. I was on my own and felt comfortable and valued as a customer.

The showroom had a good selection of mattresses and as it was during a sale period, the prices were good as well. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and not pushy, so the whole experience was very good and would definitely recommend them!

Amazing service from the manager at…
Amazing service from the manager at your coventry store. Really took the time to get to know me and understand what I needed, showed me several options and although over my budget he helped me to complete a finance application which was brilliant. STRONGLY recommend Bensons for beds coventry.
