Bensons For Beds - Dartford420 Avis

Lee was very helpful when I was choosing a new bed frame and mattress. Nothing was too much trouble and I tried out many mattresses while making a decision. He explained all the costs clearly, step by step

Shanice from the Dartford was very helpful and very patient with us and helped us choose the right bed and mattress.
Shanice presented herself in a very professional and friendly manner.
Would highly recommend Benson for beds Dartford branch.

Salesman very knowledgeable

Fantastic service especially from Georgi. Would highly recommend this store if looking for a new bed. Georgi was informative but never pushy. Credit to Benson For Beds.

Staff were great! They encouraged me to try the firmness blow up mattress and it helped me figure out what I wanted. They then showed me round the whole store and I got a great deal!

Staff at Benson's Dartford store were extremely helpful in helping us find the right mattress and divan for us. They were patient in taking us through all the options and took time to explain the details regarding delivery and financing. Fully deserving a 5 star review!

Georgi was helpful and understood our situation and helped with everything that was required hopefully Georgi and rest of staff get a good Christmas Bonus as they were very helpful

When spending a large amount of money on a new mattress we were disappointed to be charged for delivery. Otherwise we received good service.

My husband and I visited Benson for Beds Dartford store to initially purchase. New bed for our daughter, but upon speaking to Karen who was extremely helpful without being pushy, we decided to purchase a new bed for ourselves too. She made our experience seamless and was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful, made us feel welcome as customers. Thank you Karen

Very good service all over

I had a great experience right from enquiry at dartford stores down to the delivery by Richard and Josh

Customer service was fantastic by all those who served me on the day and the deal offer was also great!

I went to the Dartford store to buy a double mattress, the service was great and I was on my way home with my new mattress within 20 minutes 👍

Just had a nifty experience at your shop, service was bloody brilliant, top-notch really. But your delivery bloke's pi**ed all over the bathroom floor. Left it smelling like a public toilet, he did.

Second purchase from Bensons. Once again the sales and delivery staff were fantastic.

Helpful information when needed from non intrusive staff. We weren’t pestered, but were there if we needed help.

Salesperson listened to my budget and preferences. Very professional. Good delivery time and communication.

Everything was carried out over the telephone as I am disabled. The mattress was a sealy which is exactly what we have had in the past. The two guys at Benson Dartford were helpful and said and did Everything expected. Very pleased they could not have done any bette.r

Staff listened to our requirements and provided us with a great solution and price
