The whole experience was excellent, My wife suffers with a bad back and so one of our ideas was to get a new mattress, and Katie (who was so helpful) went through everything, my wife tried out the test bed to get the right requirement and then we chose a mattress from there. Everything was explained throughout the process.

The showroom was pleasant with a wide variety of beds, mattresses & headboards to look at. Apparently there was another floor above with even more stock, but sometimes 'less is more'! i.e. too much choice can be daunting. Fortunately, I already knew what type of bed & headboard I wanted, but wasn't too sure about the mattress. The sales assistant, Katie, introduced me to Benson's latest in mattress design - the i Gel with graphene technology. Perfect for me as I'm always too warm in bed & suffer from back pain due to scoliosis. Katie was both helpful & knowledgeable, without making me feel pressurised in any way. I left with a couple of useful quotations to do some further research. On my 2nd visit, encouraged by her friendly, easy manner Katie put a package of products together, informing me that the bed & headboard I had chosen now attracted further discounts. I was very pleased with the outcome as the total cost came in under my budget. I should also mention her colleague, Paula. They make a great team, creating a relaxed & friendly environment in which to make some difficult decisions. Thank you Bensons!

We went to find new pillows to help our aching necks and after being served by the wonderful kaylee at Benson for beds in Dover we really didn’t realise how many pillows support different ways when you are sleeping .. Kaylee is such wonderful and informative assistant and very knowledgable .. we got lots of advice she gave us time to test lots of pillows we ended up buying one each both different because I like a soft one and my husband likes a firmer one and I must say since using mine my neck pain has gone 😀.. the service was excellent and can highly recommend going to Benson for Beds for pillows

Had a great women called Paula who went through everything and took her time and never rushed us and even stayed after her shift had finished to help! Very excited to try out our new bed and have a nice nights sleep!
