Two beds in one week!
This was a trip to buy a second bed in a week from Bensons. We cancelled an order with Emma because they couldn't fulfill their contract and as we were so happy with the service we'd experienced with Bensons we decided to return.
Caylee was very helpful and stepped back from bombarding us with too much information as she knew we'd been in recently. She was very helpful when needed and we were able to make our decision with ease. We were even able to accept a delivery date on the same day as our first order.
Fingers crossed for the delivery!

Great service
Andrew and Paula are a credit to your company.
Both of these staff members were knowledgeable, approachable and patient.
My husband and I have completely renovated our bedroom with a luxury bed and brand new furniture and we couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service we received.

Fantastic Service
Very helpful customer assistant who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various products available and what would be good. She also applied an additional discount as we have ordered 3 beds in the last few years from them. Excellent service.
I'm looking forward to laying comfortably at night on my new igel mattress and ottoman base.
