I’ve already done this twice
I’ve already done this twice. Generally I was pleased with contacts with Bensons- some glitches eg head board and base didn’t match. Also problem with non delivery of mattress protectors Andy requested cancellation of insurance.
However I’m enjoying the bed. You could warn customers about accessing existing bedside tables ,lamps etc and develop products for this.
Please don’t request feedback again.

Excellent service
Excellent salesmen in store; very friendly and easy to deal with; great follow up service and delivery happened exactly as promised; no fuss. Would definitely use again.

Enjoyable experience
I found the staff at the Straiton branch to be very helpful. They asked relevant questions and explained the various mattresses. When I told Hayleigh that I also wanted a base and headboard she again explained the various options.
There was no pressure to buy.
I would recommend using Bensons for Beds.

This was for Craigleith, not STraiton. No option to choose Craigleith.

Great customer service
We had a great experience, it was relaxed and we weren’t pressured to make any decisions. However the staff were extremely approachable and helpful when assisting us and we felt we were able to choose the right bed and mattress for us with their help
