Great place to buy your bed!
The salesperson Lee was exceptional, he put up with all our questions and tour of just about every bed in the shop! He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us decide (after about an hour!) on the perfect mattress for us and some new pillows. No pushy sales just friendly info.
Loving the mattress and would not hesitate to recommend Bensons. Apologies for the lateness of the review.

Outstanding customer service received at Grimsby store. I have been decided to buy somewhere else where I have seen cheaper matress, however after approach from very polite and knowledgable gentleman i understand that i need to invest into something that will last. This was second time I have bought mattress from this company and I know that I will be returning. Gentleman that work there have outstanding customer skills. The whole process been pleasure.

Delivery day got a call from team 30 mins before to say on way to us they was a great team very friendly set up bed removed all packaging. Fast and efficient service well done lads keep up your great standard 👍 Overall a perfect service all along the board couldn't fault any of the team along the process from start to finish a job well done would definitely recommend to anyone

Helpful Adrian
Employer, Adrian greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to help us while we were at the store. Nothing was too much trouble! We tried lots of different mattresses as wanted the right one. We ended up purchasing a full bed with headboard and blanket box too. Thank you Adrian!
