His colleagues that ‘if you bring your children to a bed shop on a Sunday you’re a terrible parent’ and later ‘kids should be kept on a lead’

Megan the employee helped me decide what was best with the budget I had and walked me round the showroom telling me the pros and cons of each bed and also just her over all attitude was amazing she made you actually feel like you wasn't annoying her or that she'd rather be else where.

Fantastic experience
Let me just start by stating that my wife always walks away when salesman are pushy. Today we saw Lee in the Grimsby branch. He was the opposite of pushy but was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. It was a fantastic experience with Lee guiding us through our choice, with lots of laughing along the way. A real credit to Bensons.

Lee made the whole experience great
Lee made the whole experience great, very relaxed not pushy, explained everything that was relevant and avoided what wasn’t.
Overall very pleased with purchases although still awaiting delivery as we needed more time to get room ready. But this was not a problem, Lee made it all seem so easy. Refreshing.

What a fantastic shopping experience, it was nice to be in a showroom with no pushy salesman but to have someone on hand to answer questions.
Tried out a few different mattresses and bed styles before deciding on our choice
