Staff were excellent, they were very helpful, patient and they listened. They stuck to their word, delivery was stress free with plenty of notice so I could get organised. Would recommend

The assistant couldn't have been more helpful. The mattress firmness technology was really impressive and helped us find exactly the right firmness and in turn the best mattress for us.

Lee was fantastic in helping us choose…
Lee was fantastic in helping us choose our new bed. There was no pressure for the sale as you sometimes see in stores. We felt at ease and comfortable during our whole experience there. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Mattress purchase from Bensons…
We bought a new mattress from Bensons in Grimsby. There was a lot of choice, but we had an idea of what we wanted,so with some help from Lee, we tried a few out and found the one we liked. The buying process was all very straightforward. Lee talked us through everything. There was no pressure selling, just helpful, knowledgeable advice.

Was a bit dissapointed with the way the…
Was a bit dissapointed with the way the salesman, wasn't quite what I expected. Seemed to be in a rush to sell me a mattress within my price range. However I decided on the mattress that I thought suited me. Will wait until it's delivered before I comment more

Finding the right bed that suits you 😴
Lee and the team was excellent 👏 The wife & myself actually! didn't have a clue what kind of bed we needed to suit us, lee helped us identify our preferred comfort setting using the adjustable bed machine and tested different mattresses we are now looking forward to the delivery of our new bed.
