Buying a new bed…
I had a member of staff helping me choose the best option for me. She priced up my final choice for me to consider and at no point did she pressure me into making a decision there and then. I considered my choice over night and confirmed my purchase the following day.

Very helpfull and friendly staff, well laid out store
Greeted on entrance iinto store. Left to browse at our leisure but staff always on hand if information required. Friendly and hepfull staff members. Cant fault the store.

A helpful experience
An enjoyable experience and a very helpful Manager/Salesperson, Richard, who knew his stuff. He even made my son and I laugh, on a miserable winters day.

Bensons For Beds is excellent
Bensons For Beds is an excellent company that gives a super product and service. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Communication is superb. Thanks especially to Colin and Reece, the delivery men, who arrived bang on time and switched the new and old mattresses in a jiffy.
