Bensons For Beds - Inverness744 Avis

I was looking to replace my small double divan mattress. The young assistant greeted us and showed us to the appropriate section on the shop floor. She left us for a few minutes then came back and answered our questions. Nothing was a "silly" question to her! She answered everything and was patient and polite. On testing each mattress she was informative, explaining the pros and cons, then suggested another type of mattress which might best fit my needs. Well done! Then she methodically worked out the best price: mattress plus base, delivery, collection and recycling of old bed etc. Things that I hadn't considered! Another well done! The assistant then wrote down all this information. On returning home, I made another phone call with some more questions. Again, she was so polite and helpful. I returned the next day to complete the purchase. Excellent service from the staff at Bensons, Inverness.

Excellent customer care and competitive prices.

Gentleman that served us was great. Got us to lie on a few mattresses and asked us what we liked, asked what we found d comfy before even going into cost. So wasn't just trying to sale an expensive matress, really made it personal. Had a few beds from here and now a new matress. Would highly recommend

Good experience. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and a great help. He was a very pleasant advisor.

Very helpful staff, made sure I found the best mattress for my needs.. thank you

Good salesman took time with us to find the right bed.

Friendly staff. Not pushy but offered constructive advice. Too long a lead time so able to offer alternative.

As soon as we walked in the shop we were welcomed by a very friendly member for staff. Very knowledgeable listen to our requirements and found our perfect bed and mattress

Workers were very friendly and understanding. Will definitely be purchasing from Bensons For Beds again in future, highly recommend.

Great bed, very solid and well made, only thing is when these are in stock why do they take over 4 weeks to deliver considering they are in the uk and most items in stock nowadays only take a few days but its a 5 due to the quality.

The salesman was really in my face when I was choosing a bed
He was most incompetent when it came to the final order and even got the order incorrect
The delivery people were most unhelpful as they left the bed downstairs and didn’t ask where I wanted it
The drawer was also damaged in the base of the bed
I would never recommend or use Bensons again
