I went into the store looking for a new bed, but was still very much at the browsing stage. I left with absolutely no doubt that I’d bought exactly what I wanted, and at a very competitive price.
Amr provided excellent service throughout. He explained everything clearly, practically and concisely, without ever making us feel pressured. His expert knowledge and friendly manner made what could have been a difficult decision, given the amount of choice, feel straightforward.

We went to the Crown Point store in Leeds and were advised by Jane. We had bought a bed from Bensons before so we had a good idea of what we wanted. We were shown all the options and the benefits of each and it was explained very clearly by Jane. We decided on the one we liked best and are looking forward to getting it delivered.

I feel very comfortable It I like it so when I sleep but something I can smell it my husband can’t sleep because he can smell and he can’t breathe it. He think saw two bags round and flat it is not new 2nd hand. He not happy

Craig was friendly and approachable. He made the experience of finding a mattress feel easy. We used sleep match at another branch and we were able to find a perfect mattress for both of us. Craig helped us book a delivery service for the mattress and we can wait to see it in our new home.

Purchased a top of the range bed for my 80 year old mother from crown point, Leeds. Waited patiently and it was delivered on Friday with no fittings for the headboard or legs. Refused delivery as defective & she is left sleeping on a sofa as Bensons blame the manufacturer who they apparently don’t have a number for & had to wait til Monday. Apparently parts are in the post then still no idea of when it will be delivered. appalling service & still not resolved.

Ordering the bed was made very easy and the delivery was excellent.
Stew & Lee were professional and polite. They assembled the bed efficiently and explained that the matinees to air before it’s made up and left detailed instructions.

Very disappointed that i had to wait three weeks for my mattress had I knew that the time scale was so long I would never had purchased it. Then still having to pay £49 for delivery. Very disappointed. If i could get a refund back I would have done. Not happy at all was expecting the mattress in days not weeks

From the initial sale at the Crown Point store, to the communication keeping us updated to the delivery, everything was excellent. The bed looks great, good quality and what we hoped it would be. Excellent customer service at every contact. Would definitely recommend.
