Good store great price
Although we ordered the mattress online, we went into the Leeds Crown Point store to try the mattresses out. Staff were friendly, and there was a really good range of mattresses at all price points. Much better than the bed shop next door which only had extremely expensive ones.
The mattress was delivered on time with really good communication about when it would be delivered, and the driver was lovely and helpful. It's exactly as comfortable as it was in the shop, very pleased.

Pleasant process from initial order in store to delivery, especially the latter as it was a super king bed and mattress and difficult to move but the delivery guys were great.

Great experience, Jane at crown point bensons for beds was so informative and provided a caring service which helped me and my partner greatly in choosing the perfect bed! The delivery experience was amazing they were right on time and placed the flat packs up our steep stairs, would definitely recommend!

Excellent service
Amr in the Leeds Crown Point store was fantastic and extremely helpful. He guided us to the right mattress for us and showed excellent customer service. They were able to hold on to the mattress whilst we waited for our house completion date. It was easy to book in a slot for delivery. The courier called half an hour before arriving and was exactly on time. It was an easy and efficient service and they were also very friendly.

Generally brilliant, but clarify all details
We are delighted with the Benson For Beds experience. The showroom has a great variety of beds, all shapes, sizes, colours, mattresses, and accessories. The staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us to the best fit for our needs.
Our purchase process was smooth and transparent except for one hiccup. When we placed our deposit, the staff member said we should ask for delivery 2-3 weeks in advance. We did that, only to learn (from a different staff member), that there is a 5 week period, meaning we received our bed over 2 weeks after we had planned. Frustrating, but we believe it to be an honest mistake. Considering the otherwise outstanding quality, it's still 5 stars.
The delivery and construction was quick and efficient. We realised that the bedframe was larger than we expected and they kindly allowed us to change it with a surprisingly low cost overhead and no resistance.
