Honest and professional service throughout the transaction.

Superb wardrobes, delivered and assembled with care by a great team. Thank you.

Looking forward to my bed being delivered on the seventh of July

Excellent servce, a knowledgeable member of staff, very informative served me. Will certainly purchase again in the future.

Excellent service and advice from the moment i entered the store. Absolutely no pressure to purchase immediately. I was given all the information I needed.
When my decision was made to make my purchase, the experience was excellent. Each step was explained. I was given the delivery date of my choice.
The delivery was also excellent. I was informed of my time slot 3 days before, received a telephone call the day of delivery.
To conclude, thank you to John at the Llanelli branch for all his advice and assistance. Mandy and her colleague who delivered my wardrobe.
The product itself, the Bergen Wardrobe, is fantastic. Stylish and solid. Worth every penny.
Thank you again to Benson for Beds Llanelli.

Carl and Steve were very helpful and friendly when delivering and the staff in the store couldn’t have been better

Excellent customer service/ customer care from the start -from John the salesman (Llanelli)who took the time/care to listen to what I needed selecting the right mattress suitable and from Bensons delivery service - which I had to change a delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances - they constantly kept me informed regarding my updated delivery/time schedule and the friendly delivery guys contacted me an hr before to say when to expect delivery/ recycling my old Mattress stress free which I also bought from Bensons several yrs ago too -excellent quality mattress/customer support/service

Great service. The delivery guys were brilliant, very polite and helpful,

Great sales team, great looking bed, great service from delivery guys.....but the bed arrived with a broken piston (who was in charge of quality control?) the assembly pictures were rubbish and seemed to be written by a computer programmer and not a real human.
Some screws were cross threaded and driven right in, nightmare to remove and threads wrecked 😞😞 very disappointed considering I spent more than a thousand pounds. Phoned Llanelli store for a replacement and they can't just whack a couple of bits in the post!! You have to phone a central number!! Take a video, wait. Crap

Excellent service, excellent bed.

I spoke to Ian and Joe in particular at the Llanelli branch and they were both super knowledgable and helpful whilst not being pushy. I’m only sorry this purchase won’t be credited to him but I’d like to recognise him all the same.

Excellent staff, very knowledgable and helpful.

A Great Service

Excellent service no pushy sales pitch just excellent knowledge of the products and asked questions to gain understanding of requirements before offering recommendations. John was a credit to your company.

John was very friendly and gave great advice

Friendly and helpful

Great service, great delivery and great comms on when the bed was due to arrive

Good choice of beds. Very good and friendly advice from salesman (John) who was not pushy nor following us around which is what we had in other stores. Good price and excellent delivery time. Happy sleeps now.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and guided me through all the different mattresses until I got the perfect one for me,and gave me a grand Deal 👌👍

Great staff in showroom, friendly and helpful. Delivery as promised, delivery men very thoughtful and respected my property shoes were removed before entering. Beds excellent quality, mattresses comfy.
When I need a bed in future I would certainly go back to Bensons. Recommended.
