I've just collected my order today…
I've just collected my order today 5/04/25, to my disappointment I've just discovered that the Mattress was refurbished, this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, the assumption given was that it was brand new, TBh I'm not gappy but because I have no mattress I have mo choice. I won't be purchasing anything from Bensons again.

We were helped to choose the best bed for us
Bensons' agent, Aneesa, was friendly and courteous. She took time to show us the range of beds available and their different features. She helped us find the one that was best for us. We never felt under pressure.

We had researched beds and knew roughly…
We had researched beds and knew roughly what we were looking for at the store. That being said, Aneesa was ever present, without intruding on our search for the perfect bed, and was always on hand to answer our questions. We will happily go back to that store for any further purchases.

Very helpful
Stephen listened to the reasons I wanted a new mattress and what my concerns were and guided me in choosing a new matress. Even got me to try a type i thought ididnt want, which was what i ended up purchasing. Very helpful without being too pushy. We went and looked at some other options but came back to Bensons to purchase. Can't wait to receive my mattress
