We had our bed delivered and put together by Janis and Carlos, they were great, cleaned up after themselves, polite and well mannered, bed is brilliant too and so nice to have it made up and all rubbish taken away, thanks guys

Went to the Luton store two weeks ago…
Went to the Luton store two weeks ago and looked at a sofa bed that Hassan helped with showing me what it was like and others.
He also offered to take off delivery.
I came back 2 weeks later and bought the bed and he honoured what he said and took off the delivery. Thank you Hassan. Very polite and helpful person

Excellent experience
Sales assistant was friendly, helpful and very knowledge and offered 3 options to meet our requirement. (only minor criticism is that we wanted to have a look around the store, but felt having been given 3 options, we were expected to make a decision immediately).
Communication was very good once order had been placed and bed was delivered at the promised time.
The delivery guys were great and helpful.
