Customer service has been superb from beginning to end and Patricia in the store was amazing. She was knowledgeable about each item and advised on colours, look, comfort etc.
Steven the manager was great with every query we had and they were both patient, letting us be sure of sizes etc. Would definitely return again and it is evident that there has been a significant increase in quality of products available at Bensons.
Hopefully when the goods arrive and are out up it'll look great.

As I entered the Store I was greeted & asked how they could help me ? as I wanted a Mattress, I was appointed to store assistant who listened to what I wanted, she showed me different Mattresses, giving me information on them . Best sales women of the year
We went to the store to see if they sale any shoe cabinet, but the Manager Shameela was so good at her job that I end up purchasing a bed, Cabinet and a blanket box over £1800. She explained to us all the essentials requirements according to our budget.
