I phoned the store in Manchester, right opposite Manchester United Football Stadium, on to discuss purchasing a king size firm mattress.

Thank you so much for your Excellent customer service Marcus. You were very informative, showed me the mattress I was looking to purchase. You were fantastic, friendly, polite and patient with me. You explained how the mattress was made up. Excellent price. I was very happy with the knowledge and decided to make my purchase over the phone. Marcus arranged delivery. My mattress is arriving on the 25th September. Thank you so much Marcus. Brilliant customer service given throughout!

Fantastic service and delivery time frame
I was seen by Aereen today at the Bensons store in Salford. I came in with a budget which I now realise was quite low! I was clear about what it was I needed and Aereen did an amazing job at finding me the perfect bed and mattress which was really close to my budget! She was really great in the sense there was no judgement for needing something budget friendly and explained to me how everything would work. Bed is being delivered in a really reasonable time frame too which absolutely shocked me. I cant wait to recieve my new bed and mattress and hopefully finally have a good night's sleep!

Great service notified in advance when they would be arriving. Polite staff members explained what they would be doing took photos of where the items were left in the rooms and left within 10/15 minutes.
