Great in person and on the phone!
The staff in store were very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. There was a range of products available, in terms of budget and aesthetics. I rang customer services to amend part of my order and they were equally polite and efficient.

Just had our new bed delivered from Bensons, great service from the stores team, and also a great service from the delivery team, we were informed a couple of days before what our time slot would be, and on the day also called to say that the drivers would be about 30 minutes, lovely delivery men, and very respectful of the carpets, and the walls when carrying upstairs, great service all round.

Fast and efficient with good options
The machine used to check the type of mattress was useful.
The salesman was fast and efficient and did not try to oversell.
Good range of options for the mattress and base and found exactly what i was after.
Now has the option to packup the old bed which i could not do with a bad back, and is what was stopping me from upgrading my old bed for the past few years
