Bensons For Beds - New Malden135 Avis 

Did not deliver on day agreed. No contact from Benson for Beds until we had chased twice. Driver then rang to say they had problems and promised first delivery next morning. No show next morning and when I rang the drivers number they are in a different area and unaware of our delivery. We are charged £40 for this appalling delivery service. Would never use Benson for Beds again.

We had a great experience at Bensons for Beds New Malden. The team were informative and friendly, they also weren’t overbearing and left us to browse before coming back to discuss our options. We left with the ideal beds for our new home!

She's extremely clued up and was really thorough in her explanation regarding the bed. I came in after having a terrible experience with Dusk.com and having looked in 2 stores just before going to this store in New Malden.

I asked to see the cheapest beds as my budget wasn't big. She showed me a bed from clearance and whilst I wasn't in love with it (I was sort of defeated from the bed company that let me down before) it started to grow on me. Monika was so, so lovely and her knowledge regarding the bed and delivery gave me faith again that people can still give amazing customer service.

When we arrived we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We were then directed to exactly what we wanted. A good chose of three beds with options of colour and mattress at a good price. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

The gentleman who assisted us at Bensons For Beds was without question an absolute credit to the company.

He had exceptional knowledge, was patient and helped us to find exactly the right mattress and bed.

We were very impressed with the showroom and the attentiveness and knowledge of the staff. In particular we must mention Monika who was extremely helpful, well informed and had a delightful manner. These days it seems staff like Monika are all too rare; you are lucky to have her!

Monica in-store was great despite having problems with the computer system accepting our order. Super apologetic, super helpful and super communicative. 10 out of 10 for customer service in a stressy situation.

The welcome to the store, the offer to help with no hard sell or pestering was well received. The professional yet personable touch from the sales advisors was top notch, as was their knowledge of the products and helpfulness with questions and information. The ordering process was slick and this would be a firm 5 stars, however.......the only disappointment was the Manager not allowing me to quickly use the store loo.
To end the review on a good (and not damp) note I just rang to change the delivery date for my order and the delivery team have been very accommodating.

The sales assistant was excellent. Cut to the chase with only relevant options then described why one was superior to the other. Polite charming stood back when I made a call to my partner to discuss but on hand for detailed information as requested. Efficient caped through paperwork. Clear explanation of what happens next. Outstanding salesman offered exceptional service with courtesy and interest

Anil in New Malden was an absolute delight to deal with. I met him before Christmas when I wasn’t yet ready to buy my mattress and he called me once the post Christmas sale started, to let me know that the mattress I wanted had been reduced by almost £200. Great customer service and a lovely experience. Thank you Anil.

Good showroom with ample selection of products on show, competent sale consultant, easy process

We were served by Anil, who was both patient and very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and took time and effort to show us the different options. Walked out satisfied.
Experience slightly tarnished by the Assistant Manager - talked over Anil, and gestured that we had taken too much time, pulling Anil away as we were saying our goodbyes, have just bought a new mattress. Not very professional. Not good to undermine your staff in front of customers - Someone Senior, please have a word.
Gave Five Stars, because Anil fully deserves to be scored full points.
