I was at their New Malden store. They don’t have any staff at all.
I went upstairs, I had questions to ask in order to buy a bed but not a single person came up to help.
There were other customers too.

Returning customer. Good service before and again today.

Really helpful staff - hands up to staff member Anil at New Malden branch, who listened, found what we asked for given orthopaedic requirement, facilitated us and was patient given additional customer disability needs, plus - a good selection of beds to try. Yet to take final delivery shortly but top marks on sales assistance.

Sanil and his colleague Monica were helpful, welcoming and efficient - what more do you need? Well, a good price of course, and that was excellent.

Monika was very helpful and polite. Showed us plenty of beds and assessed what bed we required for the soft medium and firm and spent time with us.

We thought the carpet in the store could do with a shampoo many marks understandably it has a lot of traffic. The lighting at the front by the entrance was poor especially now we have shorter daylight.

I looked at what I wanted and it was just out of price range so I went to a competitor next door where I didn’t like what they had to offer. I went back to the Bensons shop to take photo to wait for any price drop or sale and Anil the assistant asked if I’d like him to track which I agreed. He asked my price range and I told him - as we were going through he was able to bring it up under my price range so I was able to purchase no pressure.

I found Anil to be super helpful and what I liked was the information but no pressure approach he even understood why I wanted to go to a competitor next door.

Looking forward now to getting my bed but the shop experience was excellent thanks.

Very friendlu staffs, attractive price, shared the assemble information

I can’t recall the young gentleman’s name now but it was Morden branch and he could not have been more helpful. Very informative, and a 1st for me, he checked upcoming sales to see if it would be cheaper in a week or so. Top class in my opinion.
