We visited the Poole Retail Park Branch today, to buy new mattresses for our Tempur adjustable bed.

Leigh greeted us and directed us to the Tempur beds they had on display. He explained the enhancements that Tempur have made since we bought our bed many years ago and suggested we test each mattress in case their support was slightly different to the previous design.

We were confident the support was similar to the one we have but noted the improved cover detail, which Leigh said allowed for the top to be removed and replaced for cleaning, which is far easier than the earlier design.

Leigh was the perfect salesman. Very polite, not at all pushy had exceptional product knowledge and customer service. He advised on the promotion the company was offering and we are confident he insured he also gave us the best deal possible.

If anyone is considering buying a bed, or any associated items, we would highly recommend going to Bensons for beds at Poole Retail Park and asking to deal with Leigh.

Dealt with Timm at the Poole store to purchase. He was excellent - polite, professional, patient - all we could have wanted. Price was great and Bensons were very accomodating in moving the delivery date back for us on multiple occasions.
Thoroughly recommend and will be back.

Simply a first rate service from start to finish. The salesman in the Poole store could not have been more helpful. The delivery drivers were first rate with 2 phone calls prior to the delivery, one the evening before and another 45 mins before they arrived.

We were given excellent advice and guidance to find a mattress which matched our existing, discontinued, one. The staff went out of their way to help.
