We were assisted in store by a member of staff named Ruben. He was courteous and knowledgeable and we were able to confidently select the item wr wished to buy.

Staff in the store and the delivery staff are very friendly and professional and actually listen to the customer. Would highly recommend. Very happy with my purchase.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bensons for Beds! It all started with a chat with one of their agents on the website, who was so helpful and pointed us in the direction of the Branksome, Poole store.

When we arrived, the store was incredibly busy, but from the moment we started talking to Paul, we felt in such good hands. Paul was absolutely brilliant — friendly, patient and so knowledgeable. We had lots of questions, but nothing was too much trouble, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. He really listened to what we needed and helped us find the perfect bed for us.

Dan, who was training from another store, was also lovely and added to what was already such a positive experience.

Honestly, what a fantastic team! It’s so refreshing to meet people who genuinely care about helping you, rather than just making a sale. Paul, in particular, is a real credit to the store, and we hope his hard work and wonderful customer service get the recognition they deserve.

We went in looking for a bed and came away feeling genuinely happy about the whole experience. Who knew buying a bed could involve so much laughter and be so much fun?! 😂

The expeience of buying a new mattress was actually made fun by Paul at Poole Bensons for beds. THe Mattress arrived as promised, the delivery was seamless and the delivery team kept me informed and arrived at the appointed time. They were polite and helpful. All around a very positive experience I can thoroughly recommend Bensons for Beds
