New Mattress
As promised the delivery of my new mattress went without a hitch, emails stating delivery was on schedule and then the day before delivery I was contacted t time given a 2 hour window which the reduced to 1 hour, on the delivery day I was called to say 20-30 mins. and within that time it had arrived, the old one taken away and the new one in place. Fantastic service. So comfortable.

The hole experience was delightful and positive the,sales assistant Roubin was very friendly and extremely professional he Made me,feel calm as buying the right bed would usually be stressful for myself as,my partner and I,have,different opinions when choosing the perfect Mattress, which eventually with the Help from Roubin we did find the perfect one , highly recommend Benson for beds, very friendly and welcoming staff, over all experience 10*+

Helpful and polite
Ruben was very knowledgeable about the products and helped with my Purchases. While Paul help with the maths when finishing the purchase.
Just a little disappointing we have an extended wait for the bed frame.

Great selection of beds without the hard sell
We visited Bensons for Beds at Poole Retail Park and were impressed with the selection of headboards and beds. Timm offered us useful advice and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Paul helped us on a subsequent visit to place our order. He too was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. With no pressure selling. We were so pleased with the service we added another bed to the original order. Both Paul and Timm made sure we received the discount that was advertised and explained how to edit our delivery date if we ever needed to. We would highly recommend Bensons. We look forward to receiving our new beds.

Excellent service
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a wide variety of mattresses to try and we did not feel pressurised at any point.

Nice mattress and delivery
Ordered an ex display mattress from Paul at the Branksome Poole store. He guided us through our options with his great knowledge and experience. This made the buying process easy.
Delivery by a local team headed by Alex was a dream. Alex agreed a delivery date and time that fitted with our busy schedule and updated us throughout the process. They placed the mattress on the base and removed the wrapping. A thoroughly fantastic guy.

A wide range of beds and bases to chose from and both salespeople were very friendly and helpful. The bed we chose was very reasonably priced. The only criticism is the fact a 50pound delivery charge was loaded after we agreed to purchase, a bit deceitful.

New bed purchase
The purchase of our new bed from Benson's for beds at Poole was a very smooth and easy transaction from the initial purchase through to the delivery and assembly of the bed a few weeks later. The delivery men were friendly and efficient , arrived on time and completed the bed assembly within an hour, well worth paying the extra for. All in all a great purchase, fully recommended,well done!
