From the beginning Benson's kept us informed with the date of delivery and the likely time slot. If we had any problems we were able to change.When the delivery was made with the bed and mattress all went very smoothly .Thanks for that

Luke was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the right mattress and pillows to help with my lumbar and neck pain. Friendly and helpful member of the team who made us feel valued as customers, a total different experience from dreams where we were before coming to bensons for beds, we will definitely be coming back for future purchases. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He left us alone to decide which mattress was best for us and did not rush us in anyway but was available when we needed any help or advice.
