Efficient delivery and good in store service. For something such as a bed you need to see it in person… a photo on a website is not enough!

A pleasant setting and good display of beds. What a guy
Darrell the assistant was very helpful, polite and courteous. It must be quite hard to get enthusiastic about beds but this bloke was positively zealous. We'd definitely buy from him again, assuming he hasn't been promoted to managing director by then (which he ought to be).

Enjoyable experience
We visited the store on a quiet day. Steve was immediately welcoming and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses (which is what we intended to buy) and found our original order from ten years previously in a completely different town! So he could advise us which to go for. He then left us to take our time in choosing one, which we did. At point of sale he did his best to give us all the available discounts. Great service all round.
