Bensons For Beds - Sheffield Archer Road179 Avis

Great service at the Sheffield store. Helpful and informative about our choice of bed and mattress. Was refreshing not to have the hard sell and left us to try the mattresses and look around without feeling pressured. Efficient ordering with clear information about delivery times and good to benefit from several discounts as well. All in all a great experience thank you.

The knowledge and expertise of the staff,no hard sell.
Professional sales woman
Thankyou

Very helpful young lady dealt with us and gave us lots of advice and helped us with our choice of bed.

Excellent lady helping with difficult choices Manager?

I will only buy my beds from Benson's. The staff are friendly, the pricing is excellent, selection is great and delivery is efficient. Everyone I interact with when buying from Benson's from the shop floor staff to the delivery drivers are so polite. It's been a great experience both times we have purchased a bed from them.

Marvellous service from your staff the moment we walked into your store and that service has continued.
We thank your employees for their patience!
Thank you Bensons!

A very knowledgeable member of staff talked us through the various options and answered all our questions satisfactory. Well spoken and very well mannered.

I visited the Sheffield store at Archer Road Retail Park on 28/11/23 for 2 new mattresses one for myself and another for my son. The 2 members of staff provided exceptional service in terms of the different products, advice and ensuring I got the best deal. They could not do enough to ensure I received the best service which is increasingly rare today. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff

Shelly was very attentive and sold us our bed. She made the journey a delight and hopefully our sleep pattern too. Thankyou

Gave me time to try several beds, without rushing me. Answered all my questions appropriately. Were very polite and helpful making my visit a good experience.

Very helpful staff
Richard was very knowledgeable

Archer Road Sheffield store - I went to the store to check out mattresses and the Archer road branch staff really helped despite being aware that I was buying on line - said they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase - excellent customer service

Really helpful and friendly advice and excellent service

The sales team were helpful to us in making the right choice and sorting out the cheapest way to purchase a mattress. Spot on. Thank you.

Excellent and pleasant service - not at all pushy. This kind of service would make me want to return and recommend.

We visited the Sheffield store yesterday as I’m suffering with back pain post-knee surgery and I need a firmer mattress with more support. I voiced this to the staff, and Shelly was absolutely amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable; but not in a pushy sales way. She showed us the range of mattresses upstairs and told us to take as long as we needed trying them out. I think we spent about 2 hours there! But it really helped us make the decision. Thanks Shelly!
