Staff very helpful store had a good variety of beds and mattress

Kate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. She spent time with us explaining how to choose the right mattress for us, without applying any pressure to purchase. We were very pleased with the whole experience and placed an order the same day.

Bought an expensive mattress 3 years ago and unfortunately there was a manufacturer fault on the seams. Phoned Bensons and a repair technician was sent out, who said it could be repaired however wouldn’t come with a guarantee. Spoke with Bensons again who gave us a credit note for a new mattress. Went to Drakehouse and was able to find a similar mattress (as the other one was no longer available) and the manager gave us a deal on a new mattress without having to spend too much more. All arranged in a short time.

The man who helped was great. He was friendly, helped explain how an ottoman bed works, but he lied and said that delivery was £39.99 yet said he'd give us free delivery. So I got free delivery, great, but the delivery was free anyway so why lie and say it was £39.99. Marketing tactic.

I explained to the assistant exactly what I wanted and she found it straight away. Luckily the items I wanted were in stock and are to be delivered a few days after. As yet they’ve not arrived (another 2 days) so eagerly looking forward to them - 2 bedside cabinets with usb points in them in the colour I wanted. Excellent service as always. Many thanks
