Wasn’t quite sure what we wanted for my brother who has dementia problems and unable to purchase himself.
However. We were approached by a lady called Linda, who was most informative and obviously an expert in her field.
We were pleasantly surprised how quickly it took for us to decide on the appropriate bed for my brother.

Went to Stafford store and was served by Jack. He was personable, friendly and knowledgable. There was no pressure selling and it was a relaxing experience. Jack explained the pros and cons in a clear and concise manner. Jack is a credit and an asset to the company, its not very often you meet younger people who are as knowledgable and polite as he is. Well done Jack. Hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly.

The assistant was very polite and helpful and never followed us around the store while we were looking and when I needed information he responded very quickly ....and when ordering gave me all information reference delivery, assembly etc.
