Rowan was helpful from the minute we entered the store to the moment we left.
She is extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us. She was methodical and diligent throughout to ensure that we had ordered the right products.
She is a credit to the store.

We went in with our two young children (never ideal) but the lady working was fantastic and very patient. She took the time to talk about what we were looking for, gave us lots of options and advice, let us try out different mattresses over and over and tolerated our kids more than we did. What a star.

We were happy with the ‘no pressure ‘ approach. Jack at the Stafford store was excellent - lots of patience. Giving us the information we required in a timely manner. Obviously bed not yet delivered but good so far 😊

Partner and me saw a sofa bed online that we liked, went to see it “in person” to make sure it what we wanted and the lady helped demonstrate it for us and wasn’t pushy when it came to ordering the extras , we were able to choose the delivery slot to suit us

Bed delivery delayed beyond given date which causes disappointment

We did extensive research on the different types and quality of mattresses on the market and we have no doubt that the Staples & Co Artisan Superior pocket sprung mattress that we bought from Benson for beds was the best quality at a fair price. The showroom staff were also excellent, gave good advice, were honest and not pushy. All in all a great shopping experience.
