What a great experience in purchasing something and not being pressurised into buying there and then.
Not pushed into buying the most expensive mattress just the one that was most comfortable for me.

Very friendly helpful colleague in Stafford Store we had previously bought our bedroom furniture from the store and are pleased with our new purchase and look forward to getting it installed in the new year

The process of buying the mattress was excellent, the service was great, the lady on sales could not have been more helpful, delivery was great.
We followed the rotating and turning process to the letter, shortly after the required period of time we noticed it starting to dip in the middle ( rolling into the middle). More turning and rotating. Then the bad backs in the morning returned ( the reason for buying the new mattress in the first place). Not best pleased, I can honestly say this is the worst new mattress I have ever bought.
UPDATE.
Having sent all the info and photos that were requested, showing the 2 inch sag in the centre, a wait of nearly three weeks without hearing anything necessitated a phone call. Nothing had been done with regard to the complaint. The gentleman I spoke to went away to speak to a higher authority. Upon his return he tells me there’s no proof of manufacturing error and it’s because the gaps between the slats in the bed base are too wide ( by about 3mm), even though on my initial phone call , being asked to measure the gap I was told it was ok. Therefore there was nothing they were prepared to do, BUT the recommendation was to buy another bed and that would help along with (again) turning and rotating the mattress to “reform” it.
NEVER will I buy from Bensons again.

She was so knowledgable and helped us pick the perfect mattress - we were really happy with the finance options as it allowed us to get exactly what we wanted and we could also get protection for our mattress so we can keep it for years to come! Bensons was great would definitely recommend - thanks Linda!

Lovely helpful staff. Suggested alternatives to the item I was looking at. Explained everything we needed to know on how to change delivery date etc. We have used this store before for other products and would not hesitate to return in the future.
