We needed a comfy mattress on a budget, and quick delivery. Noori listened to what we needed and went through all the relevant options. We ended up purchasing an Eve mattress. He explained the return, and other policies offered, and kindly carried the mattress to the car for us. Great experience at Benson.

Sales Rep was good and knowledgeable. Showed a variety of choices from low cost to high. Smooth process and mattress ordered in one go.

The customer service given to us by the store manger Tyrone on the day was excellent!!! The store was closing and he took the time to ensure we were looked after and catered to our every need!!!

Great service

Sanjay at Bensons at Staples Corner was great. We arrived near closing on Saturday, and he was patient & friendly regardless of our late arrival.
The following day, I called the Store first thing, and placed my order with Tyrone, who was also professional and helpful to deal with. All in all a very positive experience with the company so far.

The store manager Tyrone was very polite and courteous and allowed me to use their toilet so I then had time to look around and find what I wanted.
I did not require the help of the staff as I knew what I wanted and was able to narrow down my selection myself. I would have given them 5 stars if it was not for the fact that once I had made my selection it took ages to be able to pay and leave the store.

A very impressive experience. The assistant we dealt with (Sanjay) was excellent. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and was very helpful in taking us through the options. At no point did he try to push us into making a purchase. He made the entire experience much easier than we had feared it might be and we were very happy indeed with the option we finally chose. Its Graham here and we had our two new mattresses delivered today (23/01/24). I didn’t fill in the How Did We Do Survey as I was waiting for the mattresses to be delivered first and now I see it has closed due to my delay. So I thought I would turn to the keyboard to express my sincere thanks for you and your teams understanding and professionalism all tied up with a bit of humour! If only there were more like you out there to serve, what I feel, has become a market place where so many sellers just want to turn a buck without due consideration to the paying customer. You and the team deserver continued success because of how you conduct yourselves – well done.

Also please flag up to the powers that be that your two delivery guys Lee and Emmanuel were also first rate we all had a good laugh together and they were very efficient at moving those mattresses. – too damn heavy for me.
