A great experience all round!
Had an unusual request for a replacement mattress in that I wanted one for a single adjustable bed. There was one spring mattress for bed to try in store and also a Tempur mattress which would suit my bed. Chris took into account my disability and needs in helping me choose the right mattress - even moving beds to accommodate my wheelchair and allow me tot transfer easily. Chris was extremely pleasant, very knowledgable and informative too. When I left the store having purchased a new mattress I was happy that I had made the right decision for me and that I had a very good experience at the Tamworth store and would definitely use them again. I felt the salesman went the extra mile for me, Thank you.

Super helpful staff
Super helpful staff. Every member of the team working during our visit were not overbearing in terms of hard selling. We were left alone until we needed their input in terms of decision making. Purchase made on the day. Delivery due in March. Great job. Well done.

Dealt with by Dawn who first listen to what the problems were and then went out of her way to give us good advice without being pushy. So much so we are going back to see her again to sort another bed out for us!

Nice to walk around and not jumped on. We were asked if we need any help just find anyone. We said what we were looking for and then the lady explained the different options. We had a good look around and bought a bed and delivery booked.

The helpful process of choosing a bed
The staff did not rush us at all, when we tried to choose a bed. Chris gave us helpful information about each one that we tried and left us alone to discuss the mattresses. I recommend this company and staff.
