Nice to walk around and not jumped on. We were asked if we need any help just find anyone. We said what we were looking for and then the lady explained the different options. We had a good look around and bought a bed and delivery booked.

The staff did not rush us at all, when we tried to choose a bed. Chris gave us helpful information about each one that we tried and left us alone to discuss the mattresses. I recommend this company and staff.

The lady we spoke to in the Tamworth store was absolutely lovely in this shop great customer service, really helpful, working out a good deal so we could save money and so quick and efficient at working out a quote which they printed off so we could have all the information infront of us.
She spoke to me and my daughter who was exited about getting her first big girl bed and made the whole experience enjoyable without pushing any sales pitch.
Payment and delivery was seamless booked and all our questions were answered.
We went to Dreams store in Tamworth to compare beds, where we were just egnored and when asked for a quote the girl rolled her eyes and wrote it down to her annoyance and took ages to do
We went straight back to Bensons Highly recommended this team and really looking forward to getting the bed.

we are kept informed of the progress of our order .and we know how long it will be before delivery and that the wardrobe is made to order in germany .Unlike others who tell you its in stock and then give you false delivery dates

Went to bensons beds in Tamworth to look for a bed for the daughter and Chris the sales man was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products they provided.
We went back the next day and orderd the bed plus 2 mattresses and also came back with bed cleaning products and 2 mattress protecters
Chris gave us a date when the bed was being delivered and true to word it was deliverd on time.

We had two visits to the Tamworth store to decide on the best mattress, divan base & headboard. Both visits we were given great service from the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly.
