Bensons For Beds - Tamworth517 Avis

The lady we spoke to in the Tamworth store was absolutely lovely in this shop great customer service, really helpful, working out a good deal so we could save money and so quick and efficient at working out a quote which they printed off so we could have all the information infront of us.
She spoke to me and my daughter who was exited about getting her first big girl bed and made the whole experience enjoyable without pushing any sales pitch.
Payment and delivery was seamless booked and all our questions were answered.
We went to Dreams store in Tamworth to compare beds, where we were just egnored and when asked for a quote the girl rolled her eyes and wrote it down to her annoyance and took ages to do
We went straight back to Bensons Highly recommended this team and really looking forward to getting the bed.

Staff so lovely and helpful! Didn’t make us feel rushed and made sure we took our time choosing the right item for us

we are kept informed of the progress of our order .and we know how long it will be before delivery and that the wardrobe is made to order in germany .Unlike others who tell you its in stock and then give you false delivery dates

Very helpful service by Sharon. Informative but not pushy.

Went to bensons beds in Tamworth to look for a bed for the daughter and Chris the sales man was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the products they provided.
We went back the next day and orderd the bed plus 2 mattresses and also came back with bed cleaning products and 2 mattress protecters
Chris gave us a date when the bed was being delivered and true to word it was deliverd on time.

We had two visits to the Tamworth store to decide on the best mattress, divan base & headboard. Both visits we were given great service from the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly.

I had a great experience in the Tamworth store. I was greeted and had the process explained and was then left to peruse without pressure. Once I decided what I wanted, Chris was able to assist and advise. The whole experience was simple and easy.

Shirley was extremely helpful, no pressure was applied to buy. We was made to feel very comfortable, which enabled us to buy our mattress

Pleasant customer experience in purchasing a new bed. No hard sell, just a friendly and knowledgeable advisor who ensured our needs met. Thank you, and well done!

Very pleasant sleep expert Shirley, who we had seen before when purchasing a king sized bed a few years ago.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and given all the attention we required without feeling pressured.
All round good experience

Sales guy was knowledgeable but not pushy.
Made purchase easy and a pleasant experience

The Sales lady was helpful with information on any questions I had, or different mattresses. She did not follow me round she left me to look & wait for me to go back to her when I was ready.1
