I have already completed the survey fist class friendly professional service from the show room in Warrington to deliver by Andy and Reaz with care giving us all the information we need

Very pleased with my bed. Very helpful sales person.
Delivery efficient and no mess

The staffs are very helpful and very sincere to do their work.

Our bed is briliant and the delivery that we had from Benson for Beds was great the 2 staff were very helpfull.

Experience was great - Trish was so helpful & patient with us finding our perfect bed!

Great service from start to finish, nothing too much trouble. Delivery guys were prompt, so polite and helpful

Gary our salesman was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for him to help us in our choice.

We needed to purchase two new beds due to a house move. We popped into the Warrington store to browse. The staff were so helpful we ended up purchasing both beds with a future delivery date. We were so impressed with the assistance and time devoted to ensure we made the right choices for us.
The delivery and assembly was also excellent. Competent, polite and professional. Arrived on time, lots of communication regarding delivery timing. One of our rooms was not ready at the last minute and the bed was returned and delivered again a week later at no extra charge. So happy with the service and our lovely beds.

Extremely polite and helpful sales staff, fabulous communication about order and the most wonderful delivery team.
Extremely happy customer!

The Staff were very attentive especially Ben he explained the mattress's from soft to firm. Also showed us the ottoman bases which we planned to purchase. We were able to try each one for our individual choice what we particularly liked was the fact there was no rush this helped make a definite choice.

So we went bed shopping all over the place but didn’t really feel that the other stores were reasonable or had what we needed for our son and his fiancée new house. We met Gary at the Warrington store and the whole family knew we were in safe hands, a really nice chap, if customer service was a football,Gary would be in the England team! Very knowledgeable and took his time to listen to everything we needed, plus gave us a really good price which came in cheaper than the other stores could manage. Thoroughly professional and a credit to the company if you need a new bed this is you man. Thank you Gary great service back of the net!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Steven at Bensons for Beds for helping us find the perfect mattress. Steven was really friendly, professional, and knew exactly what we needed. He took the time to explain the different options and gave us lots of helpful advice without any pressure.

The delivery crew were great too. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything was delivered smoothly and with care.

A really positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We visited this shop to compare the different mattress firm levels. We didn't purchase today as we had reservations with a different store, however, we would like to give a big shout out to Trish, who helped us find a wonderful deal and a mattress we enjoyed. She was incredibly helpful, detailed on the various offers and support that Benson's provides!
