The experience in the shop was great, and we placed the order that day. After agreeing to Finance and signing up, we then received emails that we had to pay the outstanding balance, or our order will be delayed - had to make an unnecessary phone call but all sorted. Then came the day of delivery and I had to take the mattress upstairs up with one of the delivery men (who was great) as the other refused and was trying to get me to sign a waiver which would make the guarantee null - mattress went up the stairs fine. From what was meant to be a day to look forward cause stressed.

Good experience all round, from help and advice in the store. To the delivery and installation I could not fault. Very professional and polite. Thank you Bensons

Love the wardrobe, looks wonderful. Delivered on time, staff were very polite. Only gripe I have is having to find someone to assemble. Feel that you should supply with assembly!

Great selection of beds, bases and headboards at the Wednesbury branch far superior to the branch we visited previously. Kay was very informed of the product range and gave us good advice.

Excellent service through from visit to showroom in Walsall, communication after ordering and delivery process.

If I could give this company 0 it would have been given. Ordered a bed from here and was missold the product by a colleague in the wednesbury store (Jordan) which was even discounted due to this huge error
On our order. Then waited until delivery date to inform us to measure the house space. To realise we had also not been notified of specific beds for our home space to avoid delivery day disappointment

Completely unacceptable service and staff have no empathy what so ever.

To make matters worse they then said it’s was 10% charge still due to their failure and possible excess charges due to their vague information on measuring.

Do not order from here as their own delivery drivers have confirmed this issue happens frequently and is so disappointing given then do little to do nothing to support you through the experience. No apology have been given or compensation.

This is still unresolved and even the delivery failure team (Wendy) was unapologetic and tried to blame us for not measuring when we did ! It’s that we were misled and not advised in store.

To rely on a silly link at the bottom of an email to measure is silly as your beds clearly do not adapt to homes. If we knew this we would not have wasted time measuring or ordering in the first place.

I will be making many aware of this because for first time buyers the treatment has been nothing short of disgusting.

Great customer support in store, and fantastic delivery.
After doing research we knew what we wanted, but was still guided by store staff to get everything covered with bed base, headboard, and mattress. Really happy with the end product.

Excellent in store service, we wasn't hassled like in many other stores. The member of staff was always on hand to help with other queries that we had regarding certain types of mattresses.

Delivery team were very informative and polite upon delivery. Will definitely recommend benson for beds for anybody considering buying there next bed frame/mattresses.
