Great experience
I had a brilliant experience with Benson Beds. The customer service was spot on right from the moment I walked into the shop – knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
Delivery was right on time, and the bed was assembled very quickly by two extremely professional and cheerful delivery men who made the whole process effortless. The bed looks great and feels solid and well made.
I would definitely recommend Benson Beds – excellent service throughout and a beautiful bed at the end of it!

I am very satisfied with my purchase from you and the very respectful behavior of the employees. They recommended a very beautiful and sturdy bed and also a very excellent and comfortable mattress to me and I bought it and it was delivered at the right time and accurately. They also offered me a very stylish and spacious wardrobe at a reasonable price and I bought it too. The delivery and installation team were very good and excellent. Even though I was not at home at the announced time and was late, they waited for me for like 15 minutes until I got home and installed the bed for me. Thank you very much to your good team.

Perfect sleep
Purchased a mattress from Benson for beds ,I would highly recommend this company,from the purchasing of the mattress to the delivery I received first class treatment ,the customer care in store was first rate I was given help in choosing the perfect mattress for my needs ,I changed the delivery date from the one I originally chose,that was no trouble ,and the delivery was also very smooth with polite and helpful young men ,now to look forward to a perfect night's sleep

Money Grabbing
No problem with the staff. it's there extra's that's the problem. We were looking to buy a slumberland mattress £600 we asked about collection of out old one. Yes but that's £50 that is £20 more that the council. Ok that £20 more but ok only to be him with another £50 for delivery... Sorry that's just money grabbing.

Went in just looking for a new mattress…
Went in just looking for a new mattress and came out with a whole new bed. On arrival greeted by lovely Gaynor who made us feel welcome we spoke with her and she suggested the sleep test machine to see which mattress was suitable for us. After that she showed us around various mattresses with the correct pillow too for our sleeping position,we ended up buying a whole new bed and Gaynor was very polite and helpful through the whole process start to finish. Benson for Beds Wednesbury we shopped at.
