From going into store and Debbie the sales person dealing with us to the delivery everything was really good .
Debbie was really helpful in choosing the correct mattress, divan and headboard .
The delivery men was really friendly and respectful of my property.

Everything went like clockwork, starting with Andy and Sean bringing the bed, they rang and said they would be with me in 35 mins and they were. We had seven large boxes for the bed! It was soon delivered , no problems, I then phoned Alan who was building the bed, he arrived within 40 mins and started straight away building the bed. It was built possibly 1 hr 30mins later. Unfortunately my husband broke his hip 6 weeks ago and the bed was a little high for him, so Alan had an idea he took the legs off and put little castors on instead. This made the difference and my husband can get in and out of the bed.
The bed is excellent it’s lovely to move the mattress up or down when we want. We have had 2 of the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. It did not take any getting used to. We love it.

From purchase to delivery I had excellent customer service. In the shop the salesperson (Carol) was very attentive but not pushy. She spent time with me whilst I looked at the different beds and mattresses giving me adequate time to make my choice. I got regular updates throughout the process. Happy with the quality of the goods. The guys who delivered were professional and engaged with me throughout. They were very efficient and left no mess. Would definitely buy again from Bensons for Beds.

Recently purchased a gas lift ottoman bed with a tempur mattress from the Wigan store. We have had great service and the communication has been second to none! I would really recommend! Delighted with my purchase, my new bed looks great and is so comfortable. Delivery was quick and very smooth. The delivery driver Vitalisus and driver assistant Ben assembled the bed really quickly , they were so efficient and very friendly and ensured they removed my old bed and packaging from the new bed fully with no mess left behind. Very professional lads !
