Hannah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about products and services. Showed me a variety of options for what I required.
Staff on day of collection very helpful to with instructions for finding the loading bay and helping to load mattress into the car.

A terrific bed-buying experience, delivered by the wonderfully friendly and patient Hannah from the Witney store.
Hannah helped analyze my sleeping needs by means of considerate questioning and the use of the in-store sleepPRO system, before using her findings and thorough knowledge of products held both in store and online to help guide me to a superbly comfortable purchase.

Fantastic experience at Witney store
Hannah from the Witney store was friendly and so helpful. She was quick to acknowledge us when we entered the store. We explained to Hannah what we were looking for and she was extremely helpful.
