Claire at the Worksop branch was knowledgeable as well as patient, she provided us with lots of information and then gave us space to wander round the store until we made our choice.

We had the Aura TV bed delivered and chose to pay for the build and set up - Wayne, Lewis and Kieren were absolutely excellent - polite and helpful - the bed is very heavy and with the surround sound... Voir plus

You must visit the store
You must visit the store! We tried to buy a bed online and it just doesnt work. You need to see the bed and feel the mattress. Really helpful staff and brilliant service.

Very polite staff and very knowledgeable. They gave us information on the mattresses that we tried out in store so that we could choose the right one for us.

A very good service.
We visited our local Bensons store and found the staff very helpful. We chose a bed and placed an order. From placing the order right up to the delivery point a few weeks later we were continually updated as to the progress and the delivery date. Nearer the time of delivery we were informed as to who would be delivering the bed. The gentleman rang an hour before arrival and then the two men took the bed to the required room for us. The service from start to finish was very good indeed.

A very pleasant purchasing experience.
Assistant approached us on entering the shop and asked if we needed assistance. We told him what we were considering purchasing. He was extremely helpful and showed and explained suitable products. We did not feel pressured and were made to feel very comfortable in trying the products and making our selection.

A satisfied customer
I had been into the he store in the week to check out the different bed a young lady chatted with me and was extremely helpful and gave me lots of information I told her I would be back at the weekend with my husband, which I did but unfortunately was told she had left the company which was a shame as i feel she was a great asset to the company. I did however have another young lady serving me and with the knowledge gained and get input was happy to purchase a bed.

Great choice of beds and matresses
Great choice of beds and mattresses. The staff were helpful but not pushy. They explained the lay out of the shop and the different matresses they had then they let me wander round at my own pace, trying out mattresses without hovering over me. When I'd made my decision the buying process was quick and easy.
